“A disappointing experience”

The best

Ann at reception polite and helpful; location is good. Brunch nice, fresh fruit a good touch. Catering staff working hard to replenish food which is well presented.

To be improved

Cleanliness an issue. Pool area very messy, sticky table surfaces and floor from spilt drinks, cigarette butts in and around the pool. Staff only focused on selling and serving drinks, not focused on cleaning and maintaining the pool area; water hosed every morning, not adequate in high season. Noise pollution was an issue, all day and into the early hours; staff failed to manage the noise made by one big group who treated the hotel as a rave venue. Ann was the only member of staff who promptly responded to complaints by other customers- there was plenty of complaints about the noise. Have stayed here before, was a pleasant experience. This time the cleanliness and upkeep of pool and pool area was poor, and the noise continuous. Such a shame, this used to be a lovely hotel. Now caters more for large groups of young Germans, mostly respectful and in party mode, but some of which behaving as if they are attending their pool party with no consideration for other groups and other visitors or staff.

“Our stay was ideal! From the beautiful color palette of the hotel to the soft and welcoming wooden interior, the experience made us feel welcome from the very start. The staff are the kindest, everyone had a wonderful energy and they were always up to assist with anything or stop for a chat. We highly send our regards to the head chef who oversees every meal at the hotel making everything taste amazing, the food was almost certainly the best we had at any hotels so far. One important positive aspect of the meal time at the hotel is that it lasts from breakfast towards brunch, convenient for a quick snack or meal during the day. The pool and poolside is beautiful, its sunny during the whole day, every spot is comfy with our favorite being the sunbeds, the pool is cleaned frequently and also has a ramp on the side for sunbathing in the water, really cool. Another big aspect what made our experience ideal was the music throughout our whole stay, soft jazz or light house music from breakfast to the reception to the pool. The rooms themselves are also very comfortable, there is nothing i would change or want any way else. All in all, our stay was beautiful and we send love to the hotel and all the staff. · Cons: None”

The best

What a magic little find this hotel is, only 10 mins from airport...it deserves 4/5 stars. All staff are very friendly and it is spotlessly clean everywhere. The brunch choice, which is an excellent idea, from breakfast to lunch every day is fab with lots of different choices. Pool fabulous lots of sunbeds and no children. 5 min walk to sea front and promenade, which is beautiful with lots of restaurant choices and bars. We can't fault anything in this hotel 10/10 We will be back 👍

“This is your place for a few relaxing days in the sun!”

The best

AMAZING. It should definitely be 4 star! Unlimited brunch is a massive win as you don’t have to leave the hotel for lunch. Food is beautiful and caters to everyone. Drinks by the pool for the afternoon (not included) but staff are so attentive. A really nice hotel to just go and chill at. Plenty of room to do some work if needed. Gym 24hrs lots of weights. I was a solo traveller but plenty of people there as couples, solos, friends, old and young!

To be improved

Only negative I could point out is there is no bench in the gym. Just machines mats and weights
