“Good location, but unsatisfying/unpleasant apartment experience”

1. The apartments’s location

To be improved

1. The apartment smelled like cigarette odor 2. The apartment was NOT cleaned enough, e.g. found dirty towels in the washing machine 3. Sofa was uncomfortable 4. The apartment floor was making squeaky sounds 5. No TV subscribed programs, e.g. Netflix, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Overall, the apartment needs much remodeling and improvement.
