The location is great, near to the city center, restaurants and supermarkets. the apartment has everything you need. Parking on the property which is a big plus if you rent a car. Alicia is a very kind person and helped us a lot during our stay in the apartment.

A very confortable and spacious appartment.Location is good as it is only 4 bus stops away from the centre and there are plenty of buses.It is near shops restaurants . The appartment has a good well equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room and a nice bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a comfy bed. The bathroom offers a good shower with plenty of hot water Alicia met us at the door as arranged and gave us all the informations we needed for our stay, she did help us book a taxi for the airport for our departure and left a lovely bunch of roses Thank you The appartment has very good shutters to keep you in darkness if you want to sleep late As the weather was not great during our stay we did spend a bit more time inside than usual so we were very happy to stay in such a nice place

Beautiful, modern apartment. The landlady is very kind and helpful. Communication was a bit difficult but we managed well.

We slept here for 13 nights early February 2025. It’s a nice apartment on the 2nd floor in a quiet street near Cementerio de San Miguel. The bed/mattress is fine but is shorter than 2 meters. It is wonderfully dark to sleep. Plenty towels/sheets/toilet paper available. There is a washing machine and dishwasher but no detergent or tablets. Tip: bring or buy your own pods or dishwasher tablets. The laundry can be dried on the roof terrace. In the immediate area are several supermarkets. Distance to old center is 23 min. walk. At bus stop no 158 on Alameda de Capuchinos to Plaza de la Marina 15 min
