“A very comfortable and enjoyable apartment in a lovely area”

The building and the entire surroundings of the apartment were very tidy and organized, and there were several good grocery stores within easy walking distance, including a market within the building. Parking was never a problem. The views of the sea, the mountains and the sunsets from the sunroom were great, and the apartment seems spacious for two people. It was well stocked, and the washer was an appreciated convenience. Almost no noise could be heard in the apartment, and the area seemed very safe at all hours. The adjacent properties appeared to be mostly owner occupied, so one got a sense of routine life in the area, but the beach and the tourist scene were within a five-minute walk.

To be improved

The host apologized for not being immediately responsive when contacted about our arrival, but it was only a brief delay, during which time we became acquainted with the surrounding area. Obtaining access is always the tricky part of these rentals, so one can become anxious when it doesn't go smoothly, but the host appeared to be sensitive to this, and the delay really was insignificant and in the middle of the day, so it wasn't the urgent concern it might have been in the evening. Although we wouldn't have watched much television, having one channel in English would have been nice for catching up on news, and the internet worked consistently well.

Lovely welcoming apartment and Paco was very friendly and helpful. Fab views and sunset from apartment. Nice quite area.
