“The apartment needs cleaning and ant disinfestation!”
The best

The location is good, close to a metro station, supermarkets and cafes. The bathroom was clean, the shower with hot water worked normally. There were enough dishes and utensils, the microwave was clean and worked fine.

To be improved

A lot of ants! They mostly walk along the walls, but some climb on the furniture. They won't hurt you but it's disgusting! The washing machine was broken, and we had to go to the laundry. There is no table, so you have to eat sitting on the couch. The freezer in the fridge was full of ice, nothing fits there. The cover for the couch's blanket didn't fit, it was too small. The dehumidifier is almost black with mold inside.
