Friendly concierge service, comfy sofa, good kitchen facilities, swimming pool on site

To be improved

Bad drains smell from the toilets and they were noisy in the night, no blackout blinds, room wasn't ready on arrival so I had to wait till around 5.30. Sometimes the hosting company would message me on Booking.com (from a noreply email address) sometimes communications were from WhatsApp which was confusing and erratic. The flat was very hot (I did know there was no air con though at the time of booking) Seep was poor due to the late night very noisy tv from the neighbour - not the fault of the hosting agency I know but it did affect my holiday a lot
