The apartment is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, equipped with everything you could possibly need – and even a bit more. For instance, there was a set of bathroom scales, which I’ve never encountered in a holiday rental before. The bathroom is particularly lovely, featuring double sinks and an abundance of towels. I had asked in advance whether it would be possible to have fragrance-free cleaning products and towels due to an allergy to strong scents, and this request was fully accommodated. Located on the fourth floor, the apartment offers a wonderful view over Benidorm’s skyline and a partial view of Poniente Beach, just 300 metres away. The spacious balcony is a real highlight – sunny in the mornings and furnished with both lounge seating and a dining table. The surrounding area is currently under development, and nearby construction can at times be a bit disruptive. However, the apartment is so well insulated that you barely notice any noise indoors. This level of insulation, similar to what you’d expect in Northern Europe, is still quite rare in Spain and helps maintain a comfortable indoor temperature year-round. There is also an excellent climate control system for both heating and cooling. The building offers two outdoor swimming pools and a fitness centre, although I didn’t make use of these during my stay. Julia, who represents the owner, provided truly exceptional service from start to finish. Despite my very late arrival after midnight, she met me at the apartment complex and made sure I was well settled in, giving me all the key information I needed. During my stay, she responded immediately to any questions via WhatsApp – which was a rare and very appreciated touch. I can highly recommend this apartment near Poniente Beach.
