“Good apartment, bad host”

Nice apartment, very well equipped and at a good location.

To be improved

We could not check in at the hour that was committed (I recall her a lot of times), after a 24 hour journey. The host did not respond our messages when we try to self check in. We received support from the neighbors (the entrance lock has a fail, it was a known problem at the building). If noise bother you, there are works at the entrance of the building (and the apartment is in the first floor).

“Good location but very expensive”

The location was very good and had everything you would need.

To be improved

The had problems with the door to the apartment. It sometimes took me 10 minutes for the Wi-Fi key to work. When I used the shower the water would go cold and I would have to wait for it to get warm again. Also I paid over €2,000.00 for 4 nights which I feel was very expensive for that standard of apartment.

“Superb”

The best

The location is excellent, the flat is spacious and very comfortable. It was very clean.There are restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and everything needed close by. All the attractions are walking distance. The bus station is relatively close. We went by plane and used Uber but there are buses from the airport to a plaza Moyua. We went to San Sebastian by bus for a day. The host was very polite, kind and answered my questions straight away.

To be improved

There were works in the entrance of the building but to be fair there was noise only for 2 days. It's something temporary and if you wake up early, it's not a problem.

“Comforts of home, convenient location”

The best

Location was excellent. Modern updates. Fairly quiet street. The apartment kitchen was thoughtfully supplied with things like salt and pepper, sugar, coffee and tea, napkins and paper towels. Bed was extremely comfortable. Huge walk in closet, and lots of storage if needed in the apartment as well. Accent pillows on the sofa and a throw for cool evenings added a nice, homely touch. The host was responsive, and able to provide suggestions and recommendations of local interest. Getting regulated warm and hot water was a bit challenging. It tended toward scalding hot or icy cold, with an in between temperature not easy to find.

To be improved

An item beyond the control of the apartment owner at the time I visited, the building was undergoing a renovation which prohibited elevator access. Luckily the apartment was only one floor up from ground level, but that could be a concern for someone with limited mobility.

“Perfect flat for an unforgettable stay in Bilbao”

The best

Nice building, very quiet area although very central, within walking distance to the old city and to the main sites.The apartment is very comfortable, it was renovated in a very smart way creating a lot of living space. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, there also was coffee and sugar. The small balcony and the walk-in closet are also a bonus. Easy to check in, excellent information provided.

To be improved

I would only have liked to have a couple more large towels for the shower, everything else was perfect.

The best

The apartment itself was spacious, clean and very nice. It is well located and the staff was very helpful.

To be improved

The only problem was that the lobby on the ground floor was completely torn out and under construction. The elevator didn't go down to the ground floor and we had to use a temporary sraircase.
