Good location with excellent sea views and the good sized property for two people The property was clean, with good bed and hot water

To be improved

The property lacked some basic equipment, especially in the kitchen (e.g. table top oven, no jug, limited crockery etc) and other equipment was of poor quality / repair, in some cases broken. We could not get the heating to work properly during our stay (winter months). The WIFI was very intermittent

“Lovely holiday, spoilt by the above on our return”
The best

Beautiful view. We collected the keys from a key safe but it wasn't clear where the property was. However someone from the agents saw us collect the keys, came to find us and gave us a lift to the apartment

To be improved

No clean mid-week or change of towels. Also I've raised a dispute re a €100+ charge for new bedding due to a claim we left the sheets stained. I haven't had a reply yet
