Really grim, maids need to learn how to clean properly. Shower wasn’t cleaned the whole time. Waitresses arguing in dinner hall in front of guests

I liked that when we check out we can stay in the hotel's common area and use the pool without paying extra if the flight is late at night and they even provide a shower.

To be improved

I didn't find it safe, my phone was forgotten at the bar and within 10 minutes I forgot it, I went to get it and it wasn't there. I asked for security cameras and there aren't any in every hotel, I had only turned towards the bar, so they stole my cell phone and the hotel can't help me, besides that the Manager didn't give any importance to what happened, this has never happened to me in Ireland. And there is no air conditioning in the common areas, I saw a cleaning lady almost fainting in the hallway because of the heat, I don't feel that the employees are treated well.
