“It sufficed”

The best

Cleanliness was great, I appreciated the diverse pools and the views from the restaurant. The location next to the Maspalomas dunes is splendid. The bus station is very close and the busses takes you anywhere on the island. We got a deluxe room which made for a very comfortably sized room, bathroom is clean and the room got cleaned every day. Food options were fantastic.

To be improved

We didn't like the fact that we booked a room with sea view but got one with a street view instead. The hotel offered music entertainment everyday until approx. 11 pm which for anyone who wants to sleep early can cause a problem - you are basically forced to stay up until then because the music is way too loud and can be heard in the entire neighbourhood. Additionally, we got half pension, yet we still had to pay for water with our food that clearly was tap water since it came with refillable bottles. Finally, in the area itself there isn't much to do in terms of bars and restaurants - the choices are quite limited.

The hotel is located in a great location. Playa del Inglés is an exceptional location for relaxation and fun. That's why I highly recommend it. By walking slowly, you can easily and simply reach the San Augustin neighborhood or the lighthouse in Maspalomas. The food throughout the day was perfect. The choice of dishes was varied enough.
