“Wonderful comfortable, convenient apartment in great location.”

The best

Our host met us with the keys and showed around his beautiful apartment. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Our host left us some cookies and a bottle of water in the fridge which was very welcome. The location was perfect for us and having the tram just across the road really helped us get to the main tourist area. Gerry was a lovely chap who obviously cares about his apartment and his guests. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend.

To be improved

There was building work going on in a nearby apartment which started at 7.30am but I dont think the owner was aware.

“Excellent”

The best

We stayed here in beginning of May and Gerry ensured that everything is in place and a comfortable stay for us. We were 5 adults and the place was perfect for us. Convenient location next to tram station. Thanks for making our Seville days beautiful. Allowed us for early check in. Check in and check out was also smooth.

“A perfect stay for a couple of days”

The best

Clean and spacious apartment with very comfortable beds. A perfect place for a couple of days. You can use the parking space under the building and the the host is very nice and helpful. The location is good, you can walk to the city center.

“Superb”

The best

The apartment is very spacious and extremely clean! The district is close to the city center - 20 minutes on foot from plaza Espana. There is a parking lot in an underground parking. The host responded almost immediately.

To be improved

The parking lot was extremely tiny, it was very difficult to park there and it was pricy (15 euro/day). The price was explicitly mentioned when I booked, so it wasn't a surprise. And one more thing I didn't like is that I felt stressed to come to the property till 15:30 as the host had to go to work afterwards.
