The best

Great location, good value, friendly and helpful man to help us get into the roomy accommodation. Local tavernas were excellent (with great food + drinks) and just a few mins from the property - especially important during our stay due to unusually persistent and heavy rain.

To be improved

Process of getting in felt long and complicated, included downloading of app etc. Many emails with queries. Noisy neighbours. Needs another hairdryer. No complimentary water/tea etc.

“This property was dirty and I do not recommend you stay here.”

To be improved

As discussed on the telephone the apartment was dirty, the beds had been slept in and were full of dirt and body hair. Shower and sink were dirty, microwave had a broken glass plate inside and the fridge was not working/no light. I tried to speak with the owner, however they offered 14 euro compensation provided I do not leave a bad review. This is not appropriate and at minimum I should receive a FULL refund and also be compensated for my ruined trip. This is currently with the complaints team at Booking.com with video and photo evidence that was ignored by the owner.
