“The only thing I liked was the location and the staff. They were so sweet and helpful at all times. · Cons: Everything about my stay was disappointing and definitely not worth the price I paid. This was by far the worst 4-star hotel I’ve stayed at. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets were so thin that it felt nothing like a proper hotel experience. You could literally hear what was happening in the room next to you. To be honest, this hotel barely meets the standards of a 4 -star property.”

“We stayed for two nights for an event we found the space to be clean, comfortable, and well locate”

Staff in particular Oliver at the front desk was friendly and helpful

To be improved

Noise you can hear cleaning staff and other guest very loudly. Recommendation of sound machines in the room would help cancel noise

“Perfect for a short stay”

The best

Location and facilities are great; central and clean, with friendly, helpful staff. Super comfortable bed. Good shower but very open/transparent bathroom that won't suit everyone.

To be improved

The storage in the room is challenging; impossible hangers more typical of a cheaper hotel and no drawers or shelves. Lighting takes a little getting used to.
