No air con so very hot as no windows in main room that could be opened .

The owner managed everything for us. Everything was clean. The owner speaks English. The beds were nice and comfy. perhaps the blankets maybe were too warm for such a warm winter (+12 in November-December). but you can always negotiate with the owner

The WiFi was very intermittent and kept cutting out. The owner assured me he would have it checked and sorted out.

My wife and I loved the space and design features of Ivan’s apartment. The king size bed was particularly comfortable 😀
