“Excellent Service”

The best

Exceptional service, super friendly staff, superb breakfast. Clean spacious room, comfortable bed. Went out of their way with very little notice from us, to provide a gluten free breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Location close to La Peral was spot on. We were there for bears. Fabulous views from the terrace. Really great staff who were so friendly and Raul fully explained that there was no restaurant and gave us options.

To be improved

Room wasn’t particularly clean. Hairs in my bed doesn’t make it feel like sheets were changed. Communication via booking.com was poor, completely ignored my requests to change the booking and no response to another message explaining I had checked out early. This hotel could really position themselves positively for the wildlife close by, get information and keep up to date about where bears are being seen. It is a fabulous location with great staff and will be clearly better when the restaurant is open. But paying attention to the cleanliness of rooms would be essential to draw people back.
