“Hiking in Quiros”

Excellent place as the starting point for trips in the National Park. It has all the possible facilities to make your stay perfect: outside tables, playing places, barbeque place, kitchen equipment, etc. Julieta, the landlady, is an extremely kind person, a real encyclopedia of all you may need to know about where to go, where to eat, what to do. Enough parking space.

To be improved

If you really need a reliable internet connection for working you cannot rely neither on the GSM data connection in the area, nor on the location wi-fi network, based on GSM (Vodafone) as well.

Julietta was a perfect host and gave us a lot of excellent tips for activities and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The garden is a little paradise, just next to the 'senda del oso'.

“Lovely house”

The best

Very nice two stairs apartment in a typical asturian house. A cosy living room, with access to a lovely garden next to the river. Walking distance (less than a km), there is a village with everything you need : supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Julieta the owner willl explain everything there is to know about the area. :-)

To be improved

Even though the apartment, the living room and bedroom are facing the garden the house itself is next to the road. And since it has a couple small windows (with little isolation) on the roadside you will hear cars passing from time to time.

“A Wonderful Apartment”

The best

Julietta was a wonderful host and we would like to thank her son for translating for us into English. The accommodation is spotless and has very good facilities. It is a ten minute walk into Barzana where there are bars and a small but well stocked supermarket. A great location for walking and cycling. Very highly recommended

To be improved

We loved nearly everything but an electric kettle would have been a great addition for us.
