“Good clean location for us hikers but email communication failed causing confusion and upset”

I messaged the property for more details about how to get in but didn't get a reply. There was no one there when we arrived and several chalets had keys in the door and were prepared so we took one. Then another family arrived and were upset that we had occupied the chalet that was apparently allocated to them. Then the host arrived but didn't speak English so there was quite a bit of upset, even though the chalets were virtually identical. The other family asked why we hadn't phoned. In hindsight this might have been sensible but we don't normally phone places when abroad and the language barrier would have made it more difficult.

This place is absolutely beautiful and full of charm. Everything was clean and decorated with great taste. It’s a shame we only had the chance to stay for one evening.

Very good. Quiet, out of the town, beautiful neighborhood. Everything that's needed in one of the small but functional houses.

To be improved

Not sure about the WiFi Internet, we couldn't connect, but we didn't contact for support and decided to use our own GSM Internet instead.
