Communication, lack of english knowledge, we asked them couple times to refill toilter paper, coffee, shampoo, because there were things prepared for only two people when i clearly booked for three

It is a new apartment that has everything necessary for a pleasant stay apart from a few things mentioned below.

To be improved

I didn't like that we didn't have clean bed sheets to replace since we have stayed there for 13 days. Also we only got one large and one small towel per person. There was a washing machine but I didn't like that we had to wait for towels to dry before we could shower. Also the hairdryer was not working.
