“Great Location and View, but Some Comfort Issues”

The apartment was in a very good location, close to the beach, promenade, shops, and cafés. It had everything we needed, and the highlight was the huge balcony with a beautiful sea view. Parking was also convenient, as it was available right in front of the building. Overall, it was a great place with a fantastic location and view, but better bedding and updated kitchen supplies would make it even better.

To be improved

The main bedroom pillows were uncomfortable—there was only one long pillow for two people, and it wasn’t wide enough, making it difficult to sleep well. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were very outdated, which could be improved for a better experience.

“Aweful … needs much improvement… book at your own risk”

The best

Nothing. It’s very old and smells like an old people care home, not good ventilation. Sofa and chairs covered with curtains and sofas badly stained we could not sit on them. No pillow covers just old looking pillows.

To be improved

Everything. The customer service was terrible. Person who was supposed to be there available for our check in was complaining as to why we where contacting him very late. He had given us the wrong address and the wrong key code for the key safe. It was a horrendous experience. Still waiting for refund but no response from the property or person in charge .
