The host was ignorant, rude, and aggressive...she was crazy and all over the place. The apartment was filthy, there was fluff and long black hairs in every corner and in the patio door frame, food waste behind the bin under the sink and in the fridge. The kettle was so full of limescale we couldn't use it, the hairdryer didn't work. Worst of all was the jammed door that seemed to be too big for the door frame. When collecting the keys and paying, the payment went straight though but their card machine ran out of paper and couldn't print the receipt, she was insistant that I pay again. I had to show her my bank account to prove the payment went through before she would give me the keys.
