“Brilliant stay and 100% would come back”

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of three (2 adults and a young child). We came in to everything ready for us, Gabriellasl was brilliant from the start to finish, she kept in contact and gave us really clear instructions on everything, really quick at responding too! The outside area was spacious and clean too, the whole complex was nice and quiet and the pool was fantastic! Our daughter absolutely loved going to the pool most days, as there are three different pools she could happily pick from jumping into the deep one or paddling with her toys in the little one.

To be improved

I wouldn’t say it cause a huge problem but there wasn’t really an oven, there was an oven type thing which was the size of a microwave so you can’t cook much unless it’s on the stove. Having said that we did go to the restaurants most of the time or made sandwiches so it’s not a massive problem for us. Everything was stocked up well though, plenty of cutlery and pans etc. This isn’t gabriellasl fault at all but there are cats everywhere and as I’m an animal lover this wasn’t the issue, but the smell of the cat faces and urine was very noticeable at times but the complex was cleaned while we stayed there which helped with that. You absolutely could NOT smell it in the apartment or the pool!!

The apartment is in a gated community. I went in March which would not be high season but still, very calm place. The apartment is really nice and comfortable and the average temperature was about 25° and I did not need the fan or any heating. There is a mini market on the next street over from the gates and a larger supermarket maybe 5 minutes walking. About 15 minutes away by foot there is a long street full of restaurants and cafes. The staff were super helpful giving me detailed instructions so I could find the apartment more easily. Public transport from the airport dropped me off maybe 25 minutes away by foot.

Honestly no complaints at all.

“Very pleasant ground floor apartment with parking,”

The best

The apartment and the complex was very clean with a nice pool and sun loungers, the host contacted me in good time prior to our arrival. The apartment has a location that gets the sun in the afternoon/evening, with a large terrace (as it's a ground floor apartment) looking out over a small lawn of grass and a couple of trees. The apartment is a short stroll to the coast, and a SuperDino supermarket with fresh bakery is a comfortable walk the other way. The underground car park and access to it is a little tight should you have hired a large car (but greatly appreciated since we didn't have to search for a space on the roads). We drove to Los Cristianos (about 20 mins door to door) to use the beach there which usually had parking ( somewhere) toilets and a shower (only 1 shower working though when we were there). Plus a good selection of restaurants and bars

To be improved

Neither my wife nor I are lovers of foam mattresses which is in the bedroom - but that's a personal preference. Agree with others that the bedroom would benefit from a ceiling fan (understand that's scheduled to be installed this winter). The light in the underground garage is on a movement sensor - Wish it stayed on a little longer and wasn't so 'close' to the light itself. at night it meant we were in darkness getting out of the car, not a problem in daytime since their are vents allowing light in.

“1 week in Costa del Silencio”

Great accomodation, fully equipped (we were cooking, doing laundry during our 7 day stay). It was clean and the designated parking spot in the garage was neat. The host gave us an option for self check-in which was nice. Communication with the host was great, Gabriella answered every question.

To be improved

Bedroom is close to the garage so you can hear the garage door, cars parking and other noise during the night. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would be handy (there's a ceiling fan in the living room).
