“Good hotel but needs some improvement”

The best

Staying at Costa del Sol Torremolinos Hotel for 10 days for my birthday celebrations. It's location is good for beach seekers but a long walking into Torremolinos town centre and railway stations either ways to Torremolinos or La colina. Room facilities is okay for 3 stars hotel. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. The small Carrefour supermarket next door is very handy. There's another bigger supermarket on the street where the taxi stop about 100 yards away. Some bars、restaurants、bakery or coffee shop in just in front of door step. Beech is about 8 minutes walk down the road. Room is clean but you may have to get out of the room before 10am or if you get a card from the house keeping then you better trying to find her near by or just give the card to the receptionist and tell him/her your room number. P.S. don't using the lift in front of the hotel as I were twice been locked in it can't get out of it and can't call for help. As during the night it's very dark you can't see any instructions of the buttons. I will suggest the hotel should build a ramp to let guests easily going up to the entrance of the hotel.

Location was good parking was easy. Hotel is clean well appointed and reasonably priced .

To be improved

Bed was uncomfortable and pillows too hard.

The best

Disaster . Everything started with no electricity and later no airco in hot August weather. Terrible communication and customer service. I won’t recommend to stay in this hotel.

The best

Rooms are tiny, looked like the shower/ toilet had not been cleaned properly. We basically just slept here the second we woke we got out of there. It’s far enough from all the good bars I wouldn’t stay here again

Very nice quiet hotel, in great location close to sea and many restaurants. Great rooms and pool.

To be improved

We only missed vegetables on breakfast.
