The best

The place is well located, near subway, supermarkets and 20min walk from historical center. From this perspective the stay was perfect. Also the host was nice and very responsive.

To be improved

I need to say that we did had some issues with the following: - heated water. It is from electric boiler and if you want to take a shower one after the other you need to give it some time to refill and warm up the water. We did not know that on the first night, so one of us took a cold shower. - heat of the apartment. There is an air conditionare, but it does not quite work to heat up the apartment and it was quite cold for us - smell of the apartment. Not sure why, but humidity was high and the smell of drains was persistent in the bedroom
