Cosy apartment near Sagrada Familia

The hosts were very unfriendly and even charged us 30€ for “late check in” although we were in the time range as mentioned on booking. They even asked me to pay cash if possible of course to just take the money without a receipt. After calling them many times they even became angry and threatened to throw us out without refunding the price. Big fraud ! Choose another stay Furthermore it was not clean, there were even used knifes that had not been washed at all Horrible stay

No response for chat and email for the issues . Cooking utensils are poor quality Sofa Bed is not good , it need replacement Bath shower head was not good, felt like not had bath
