“Beautiful penthouse”

A beautiful apartment!.. very spacious and elegantly decorated. A very comfortable bed,and also an excellent sofa bed. The main attraction is the very long terraces...lounge receiving morning sun,and bedroom evening sun,with amazing views all around. The location is wonderful,one minute from Consum supermarket..and a very easy walk to both beaches,Los Locos,and Del Cura. Lovely cafe bars nearby,but not next door so no noise. A very quiet street. There are stairs,and no elevator,but I didn't find them difficult. The apartment feels very private..and the owner, Claudia is a lovely person..I definitely hope to return.

To be improved

It would be extra nice if there were shutters to keep out strong sun,or awnings on the terraces. There was renovation work going on in neighbouring buildings,but you can't help that in Spain. Mostly the apartment was very quiet.

Size of the property, facilities, cleaneness, confort, window/balconies viewings, etc

There should be more toilet papers left at the property, I would need only extra a half of the roll, had to buy 6 - this was minimum number I could find in the supermarket. It is not about the money, but mostly about the convinience. Also rubbish bags (this would make the clener's task easier as some people would not bother to use any bags for the rubbish, like I did, but put all rabbish into the bin without any bag in it).

“It was a ok place but staf not good service”

The location was good It has nice vieuw . Big balcony but had not much time to enjoy it.

To be improved

When i came the weather was bad and there was something lose on the roof that was making lot of noise. And water came inside the livingroom because of bad contruction work. Also the dooe to the balcony was not posible to close and i complain about but no one respond and no one came
