It seems the apartment might be managed by a hotel, as we received many emails and messages before arrival, with irrelevant information. However, there was no response in the booking.com chat when we needed help. The cleanliness was below standard, with noticeable dust on the plants and an unclean toilet and shower floor. Although there’s a full kitchen, no washing supplies were provided, and no one responded to this issue either. We were informed that a key handover was available for an extra €30, so we opted to pick it up ourselves—only to find the location quite far from the apartment, making it inconvenient with luggage. The bedroom faces the street, so there is significant traffic noise both in the morning and at night.

The extra bed(sofa) is very noisy. Although duvet sets were clean, duvets were very dirty and smelled bad. There was no kettle.
