the location of the apartment is great; it has everything you need for short vacation; the check in was very simple; the parking spot provided (although a bit hard to get to in the parking) is very important, as otherwise the parking on the street is nearly impossible

To be improved

there is no air conditioner; it is a bit noisy throughout the day; the apartment feels a bit dated, some things need to be changed (e.g. the shower); the hot water comes from a fairly small electrical heater (sufficient for a quick shower of a single person), but at least it gets re-heated relatively fast
