The check in process is very complicated, 2 days before the arrival date you will receive a message with instructions that you have to make a bank transfer as deposit (300€) directly to the host and then send a proof of this payment, otherwise you will loose your booking and money. I was surprised by this and have contacted the host to try a different method (credit card) as I don’t have a Spanish account, he only said I have to pay the deposit to have access to the property. I didn’t realised this condition was in their policies (needs to be specified in their information before you book) and you can’t cancel it because is a NO cancellation booking, otherwise I wouldn’t book this property at all. I have been booking holiday accommodation for the last 6 years and this is the 1st time I have to pay a deposit. Also the arrival time is very limited (1pm to 2pm) if you arrive after 2pm a charge of 25€ will be applied, which is ridiculous and unfair! As the keys are in a box and you will receive just a code, so what is the point of charging 25€ for this? You will get the deposit back 2 days after the check out.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay 25 € for late arrival. I understand when a person personally meets you at your property after hours and it costs extra money, but this company charges an extra fee simply for putting the key in a safe outside. This is the only negative about our trip.

Very complicated registration. takes time. After booking, you had to pay a deposit of 300 euros. But this amount is not withheld automatically, you need to make a transfer to a bank account and provide a receipt to a certain email. You also need to send a photo of the adults' ID to the same email. And as a separate step, you also need to go through online registration. And after all this, we found out that late check-in is paid - 25 euros, transferred to the same bank account with confirmation. And do you think someone met us? We took the keys from the key box on the wall.

I did not like only the deposit part, that you have to transfer payment in advance. I don't mind to give my credit card for incidentals however there was no option. We had to go to the bank and lodge the money which was annoying, so this is something that needs to be improved.
