It is an old place, but it is quite clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Calm place. There is always a place to park a car.

We really enjoyed the our stay at this apartment and the kids as well. The view is pretty beautiful. There is a really nice pool. Everything in the apartment is felt like at home. So it's nice and cosy. I'm very recommended! Not too far from the Apartment there is Ranxo ses roques and the childrens really enjoyed the pony ride and the food was delicious!

Alfredo was a great host, he speaks english very good -> communication was smooth the Apartment is situated in quiet part of Port d'Alcúdia. There were plenty of parking places, basic shops and restaurants around. We were there off season (April), but the amenities were sufficient. some parts of equipment was a little obsolete -> it'd be fine to replace them the bed was creaked, but we fixed it by ourselves first night (paper under the bed leg ;o) Apartment is in apartment building - you need to take into account some noise from neighbours, but nothing serious
