COXINELLA

Every week day two workers came 8.30 and started working with noisy machines. They worked till 16.00. The dust came to the balcony and in to the flat so we had to broom the flor every day. We got 3 clothes each and they should last for 3 weeks. No cleaning and no changes on the bed for 3 weeks The taxi driver had never heard about Coxinella so it was good that we had the address. The free WiFi didn’t work because they were working with it

Steps

The lack of communication with Rita, the receptionist! Important information should have been sent out sooner, rather than last minute, i.e., how we access getting into the complex as there is a code to get in and another to your apartment, as not greeted and left waiting outside for 45 minutes. The Taxi driver never heard of the apartment called Coxinella as it's under another name, so we were not sure if it was the right place! Also, it is very noisy at night. It appears that we were next to a nightclub, so it was more appealing for youngsters.
