Cozy and modern apartment for 4 in Madrid

The apartment was ok, but it was smelling a bit dumpness...

The apartment was neglected and lacked maintenance everywhere. Right upon arrival, my wife opened the kitchen water and the faucet pipe was sent flying up, almost hitting her face. The bed was probably the worst I ever slept in, the mattress was sagging in the middle so much that we were sleeping tilted and constantly waking up. The kitchen cabinet was breaking apart. The refrigerator door did not close properly, making me doubt its ability to keep food fresh, and causing constant leaks on the floor. The bathroom is too small, there's barely space to get dressed after showering.

All was exactly as they advertised, nothing wrong with the property or the facilities. They addressed any request made timely and we prompt to answer any questions.

Very small, definitely smaller than in the description. There was a lot if humidity in the flat, floor and furniture swollen because of that moist.
