Apartment is beat down. Wood pieces peeled off the ground with the glue exposed. Kitchen floor was gross, greasy and dirty. I had to go to the store to buy paper towel and all purpose cleaner to clean the floors so we can stay there. I had to remove the trash can from under the sink because the mop that is there smelled really bad, this is the mop that was dragged through these floors before we checked in. This is how i knew how dirty the place really is. I had to spray that mop to keep down the smell.The bedding is horrible, thin cheap sheets are stained and rough. The pillowcases are hiding gross stained pillows under. The matress cover is gross and has hair from previous guests. We tried to get other comforter from the closet and they also had hair all over. All the furniture is stained. There is visible mold in the shower between the glass and the wall.

No aircon or curtains in twin room, aircon in other room started dripping Very small bin

Apartment needs a little spruce up. Not enough mugs for coffee, only 2. Coffee maker is not working properly. There was no wine opener, I also asked for another set of keys and never got it. Some furniture needs to be replaced like the bar chairs.

The bed is too loud, if you know what I mean.

Nothing, everything was excellent, except the lift got stuck with us in it and had to wait an hour for help.
