“Cute little jem close to the Santiago Bernabeau”
The best

Clean -- the apartment was spotless and extremely well maintained. The toilets and bath were clean and the bed was well made. Location -- excellent location if you want to visit the Santiago Bernabeau (15-20 mins walk). It also has good access to bus (5mins walk) and metro (10 mins walk) Approachable -- The host was always readily available over text. The keys were ready for me to pick-up on arrival. In room facilities -- the apartment has a tv and a decently equipped kitchenette. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Chamartin.

To be improved

Noise -- While the area isn't too noisy, the walls are pretty thin and you can hear what is happening around you. Garbage disposal -- The host asked me to take out the garbage, which was fine, but I did not know exactly locate where though she did mention it. I had to take it out to the property bins on the street. Expensive -- while the property met all my expectations, I did find it on the expensive end for a small 1-room apartment.

Very good location only a 10 minute walk from the Bernabéu and the host will do anything to help

In the summer the reception staff can be a bit rude but it’s not the hosts fault as the host is AMAZING!!!
