The best

Nice location, a good 10 minutes walking from the boulevard. The appartment is old but most parts are succesfully renovated. The kitchen has everything you need, bathroom is good, great television with Netflix.

To be improved

The bed was not cleaned when we arrived, we found hairs of previous guests in the sheets and had no option than wash and dry all the sheet in the evening. We also had to clean the kitchen for the same reason.
