Cozy apartment - KOKA

I had an incredible experience staying at this apartment in Playa del Inglés. The property exceeded all my expectations! The bed was cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location couldn’t have been better! Just a few minutes' walk from the stunning beach and close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions The host was fantastic—friendly, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions I had.

Good Location 5-10mins walk to beach, and the Yumbo centre is a 10mins walk. Dino Express food store opposite, where you are able to get your basic supplies from. It’s in a rather rundown shopping centre (kashbah) with the normal range of outlets, bars & restaurants. Cosy Apt is located in Koka block of apartments a late 60s development. Like a lot of accommodation in this area it’s looking a bit tired and needs some love & attention. The apartment is compact, Bathroom is functional, if you are a person with a larger figure you might find the shower cubicle a bit difficult to use. Cleaning services not offered but towels & bed linen were changed midway through my stay. Bedroom A good size comfortable bed, Ample storage in a floor to ceiling wardrobe. Old fashioned electric extension cables used for the bed side tables (No USB charger points) Living-kitchenette Nice Large TV with comfort sofa, (throw & cushion covers needed to be laundered) A small rather outdate microwave oven & table top grill oven, also a. washing machine. The kitchenette is supplied with your essentials for light meals etc. Air conditioning & Ceiling fan provided. Patio Adequate space, getting sunlight all day, plastic garden furniture that had seen better days and tarpaulin that needed repair. There was access to pool/bar located in another part of the complex. There seem to a mix of long term owned/rental residents next to apartment which made it feel safe welcoming & quite. If you are looking for something that is basic and able to cope with the disrepair then this apartment will do.

Just as described. Cozy but perfect for my needs. Great to have air conditioning as it was very hot this August.
