Very central city center location yet very quiet. Beach is also just a good walk. good for families with small kids.

All is good, apartment is on the first floor with no lift but quite normal for old buildings

The best

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with all major attractions within walking distance and a supermarket nearby. La Malagueta central beach is just a 15-20 minute walk away. The apartment is newly renovated with a modern design, featuring comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning in all rooms. It’s clean and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Antonio, is very friendly and provided a thorough introduction to the apartment.

To be improved

The apartment is a bit dark, as it's located on the ground floor with windows facing the courtyard. However, this isn't a major issue since the apartment has excellent electric lighting. It also stays cool on hot days, is well-ventilated, and remains quiet both day and night.
