The best

Great location, close to the Tribunal metro station and very close to Gran Via. A very positive point is having private parking (it is just a few streets away from the apartment).

To be improved

The description of the apartment should appear in the ad: 3 floors with very steep stairs and the bedroom ceiling is too low to walk upright (floor 1 - bedroom; floor 0 - entrance to the apartment and living room; basement without windows - kitchen and bathroom).
