The apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and perfectly located near the sea. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere, the well-equipped kitchen, and the lovely balcony with a view. Everything was exactly as described — even better!

Nice location, nice view from the balcony, two bathrooms…washing maschine…

Furniture calling for changing - beds and specialy pillows, chairs and table on the balcony rusty not nice to sit on it, loundry rack also rusty ( some white clothes not to be out on it as they will be damaged), small ants walking round bathrooms… Honestly All in all for the price per day ..it could be better….just with small effort of refreshing the place investing 500 eur it could be realy nice

The best

The apartment is comfortable and large enough for a family of four. The kitchen is very well equipped, the living room is spacious and cozy. There is a big balcony with a table, and it is possible to have breakfast outside and enjoy the picturesque yacht harbour and the sea. The communication with the hosts was excellent, Sergio met us in person at the apartment and gave us a lot of tips about Valencia and Port Saplaya. We also very much appreciated his help with finding a taxi on the day of our departure (it was an early Sunday morning). Port Saplaya is a nice place with a sandy beach, sports possibilities, playgrounds, and numerous small restaurants and cafes.
