Cozy apartment with parking in the center by REMS

I have to say that we really didn’t like the fact that the check-in was at 15:00 pm, personally will never book an apartment with a check-in that late. Although the apartment was probably ready even earlier the owner did not let us enter earlier or at least leave our luggage in it. The owner suggested leaving the luggage at their office which was 10’ on foot from the apartment, so dragging two big suitcases for 10’ on cobblestone is not an option. Also, there is deposit of 250e to pay - I didn’t know this and will never book another apartment with the deposit. So, if you don’t mind these things then book it.

Getting hold of the keys and getting into the parking felt a bit like a reverse escape game with a few riddles to solve in order to get the parking and apartment door to open.

We arrived in a car and the check-in was extremely difficult for us. Even after studying all the letters from the owner it was tricky. I will try to explain it here in hope that it will help someone. First you come by car at Refino 15, grab the remote to the garage door from a locker on the wall and enter the garage. The place you need is №45 on the floor -3, it's in the farthest corner of the parking. Then you need to go up with all of you luggage by elevator that is just neer the parking lot to the floor where you appartment is because you have reached the Jinetes street underground. We didn't get that from the first time and had to make a dozen of phonecalls to Rems. Also the doors open with a link in your mail which made me a bit nervous (the internet quality, battery etc). There are no normal chairs, only barstools. It's a block of flats with a patio, so it was noisy.
