Ramón and his son went out of their way to make us feel welcome and maximise our stay in Seville with some flexibility on check-in/out times. Superb location just off the Alameda de Hercules. Fantastic for night time eating and leisure options on the doorstep after long days exploring Seville which is best done on foot! The apartment itself is superbly appointed and is so much better than the photos depict. Beds super comfy and larger than average with really great pillows too. Kitchen well equipped with a few essentials to make pur stay very pleasant. A real gem of a find and ideal for groups and families. We would highly recommend choosing here if the accommodation fits your party size. Two big pluses for our group were 3 bedrooms with beds and not needing one couple on a sofa bed. We also travel with a family pet who was also welcome making this place a definite consideration for future visits to the amazing city of Seville.

Apartment is really good located - close to every important places in the city (we were walking everywhere by walk). Next to the apartament is a cozy place with coffee and sweets - perfect for the breakfast and a lot of good restaurants. Apartment is perfectly equipped - hair dryer, iron, dishwasher, washing maschine, oven, microwave - everything what you need for longer stay. It's modern and really clean and calm. We felt there as at home! Perfect contact with the host. Ramon let us to check in a bit earlier and was also open to, just in case, let us to leave the luggage longer after the check out. Moreover he gave us a lot of recommendations about places where to eat and important informations about Semana Santa. I really recommend that place!
