Location and cleanliness. Mindful of all the details to make you comfortable. Close to everything you wanted to do in City Center and the beach. Luis had excellent communication at all points of our trip as well as great recommendations.

Very good location and parking, nice and clean apartment

Luis is a true superhost, who has perfected the experience for his guests providing full-time assistance. Our stay checked all the boxes of convenience and comfort. Check-in and check-out are smooth and easy, free underground parking is accessible, apartment provides all one might need to get by (including very efficient a/c) and is located just a short walk from the historic center, restaurants and shops. We found everything in the apartment and it had a great location, everything is reachable by foot and there was an underground car parking! Additionally, the owner gave us a detailed instruction on how to get in and a lot of recommendations what to see, what to do, where to go, where to eat! We loved it! Everything was amazing!
