- sea view from the window - apartment close to the train station, restaurants and grocery shop - friendly and caring owner - fast wireless internet connection - easy check in and check out - damage deposit was returned without delay

- old building and elevators - some cleanliness problems (partially resolved by owner)

“Bright but Smelly”

Clean, bright and airy studio with nice balcony and sea view.

Blind didn't fully open due to an old, stiff cord, so you have to duck under it to get on the balcony. We were told swimming pool would be open and staff told us they would open it but never happened ( this was early October). The bathroom smelt of old drains as is habitual in older buildings, as are the bugs in bathroom and kitchen. No TV signal.

Excellent value, but what i would perhaps say is that it was a studio all in one, we misread and thought it had a seperate bedroom, no big deal as settee was a bed too. Also i mentioned a few things to owner about wifi, washing m/c, tv, i would have taken my firestick, but forgot it, were not there to watch tv tho !!.

Nothing really, the agent / owner was prompt in replying to things that arose, the tv is all Spanish, but as i said, if you have a firestick then that solves that, and wifi is excellent ( free too) and the agent left pw on back of door, we only had 1 key and fob for pool, it was a slight drawback as we had to keep going back together to use toilet fascilities as none at pool

Problems with the kitchen sink(the drain was clogged),also an odd smell of sewage in the bathroom
