Great central location, easy to get to, close to different metro stations, apartment has anything you might need for a good stay.

To be improved

Staircase to the first bed could be a little challenging for someone older or someone who is not well-balanced or has issues with coordination.

The host Fernando was very helpful, always stayed in touch, he gave us all the instructions how to enter the apartment, so it was easy.The locacion is perfect, there is everything close to the apartment-places to eat, metro, centre of the city, Gran via, Plaza Mayor, just 10 minutes walking. The room was clean, with a good equipped kitchen, own bathroom. There is electrical heating, which is necessery if you travel in the winter time.

To be improved

You need to climb up the stairs to the bed, we saw this at the photo during the reservation of course. It can be difficult for older people. There wasn´t any wardrobe to put clothes. A bit ill conceived. The electtical potency should be increased. When the electric kettle and heating were turned on at the same time, the plugs were knocked out. This causes some inconvenience.
