The only thing I didn't enjoy so much was the noise from outside. On either parts of the street were bigger streets located which caused some noise during the night but this might not be a problem for a lot of people. But I do think it is something that you should know in case you find this important. Besides this, the apartment was absolutely lovely!

They charged an unexpected $100 cleaning fee, which I didn't anticipate from Booking.com. Additionally, they required a security deposit of over $300, which also came as a surprise. This is not Airbnb.

very small, lobby and lifts badly maintained

We had to wait two hours til 1:30am sitting in the property reception. I called then at 10:30pm when we got to Madrid. It would be easier if they leave the keys in the reception. We have to pay $50 Euros extra because we get after 8pm. But we had to wait 2 hours and they didn’t refund or consider not charging us for waiting them. I stayed in the same building 6 months ago, directly with the property, quite the same facilities, better price, not have to pay extras and 24/7 reception.
