“Central but warm and noisy”

Location is great, in the historical centre. easy to walk. Ca. 10 minutes walk to the main squares. Appartment is near to metrostation Colon which is a 30 minutes ride by metro 3 or 5 from Valencia Airport. Appartment is very well equiped with all the things you'll need.

To be improved

The appartment is very noisy: on the nearby small square around the corner is a small American Style café for breakfast (do not go there, it is very expensive for Spain, nearby are better and cheaper options). On Saturday there was a very noisy streetparty untill 4 a.m. in the morning. As if the dj was in your bedroom. We stayed in June: the two fans are not enough to lower down the temperature, as the appartment is on the highest floor.

“Superb”

The best

Charming, perfectly located apartment to explore Valencia. Close to a lot of historic sights, museums, Turia Garden, Metro and shopping district. We really enjoyed our stay there. the two bars right in front are perfect for brunch or a beer after a long day. Loved the high ceilings and wooden structure in the apartment as well as the small balcony for a morning coffee in the sun.

To be improved

it’s an old building, which is part of the charm but also means it’s not very soundproof. additionally in the small alleys sounds (neighbors, garbage collection, bar, people passing though the street) appear very loud. if you’re very noise sensitive I’d recommend another part of town to stay.
