Ideal rate price/quality, nice location, quiet and 50 metres to local bus N02 easy to get centre, close to supermarket, good equipped kitchen, fridge and washing machine, very clean toilet and bathroom. Hardly to find something like this for very reasonable price. And thanks Marinas staffs for quick and simple check in and check out

There is no air conditioning in the room but fan is quite enough for comfortable living, so it looks like not important

The best

I stayed here as I had to extend my stay by 1 night but the place I was staying was already booked up. I wanted somewhere close by and not expensive. The room had a double bed and a small table and chair. There were several bits of consumables in the kitchen cupboards - oil, salt pepper, teabags, a few others. Washing liquid for the washing machine if needed.

To be improved

The host advised me to lock my bedroom whenever I left it even for a short time so I felt a little nervous and locked it whenever I went to use the bathroom or kitchen. It would have been good to have proper curtains, there are just a voile type net which lets lots of light in.
