Fantastic apartment, really clean and well presented, beautiful little courtyard, ideal location. Couldn't have been better in any way! Brilliant supermarket on the same street and a nice walk to the city, beach and nearby castle.

“Clean, tidy, everything you need”

Flat very clean, tidy and all the amenities needed. We can cook as there is an electric hob and there is even oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea,sugar. There is also shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. There is heater wich is needed in the night There is a washing machine for the building and you can dry your clothes on the balcony. The area is super calm. The flat is located 15-20min walk from alicante city center by walk, 15min from Santa Barbara castle and 5min from archelogic museum, 5min from nearest tram station. There is a big mercado supermarket 1min walk from the flat closing late, wich make life easy to do some grocery.

To be improved

There is no lift, just tidy stairs so need to be careful if you are not confortable to go 2nd floor by walk. Despite it says pet not allowed, we could hear a dog bark loudly often in the morning and evening for a while. Not sure if it is from neighboorhood ir customers but it sounded very loud in the building....
