Everything! Our stay was very comfortable. The property had everything we needed, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, ac, etc. no complaints whatsoever. We enjoyed our stay at this place.

“Pleasant”

Location is very nice, just two blocks away from La Latina metro station, close to many bars and really nice area. apartment is cozy and comfortable for a few days.

Check-in process wasn't great, wouldn't recommend unless you have an active phone line in Spain (since you need to call to coordinate). The man who handed us the keys had to do multiple check-ins in different locations so we had to rush to get over there and get the keys. The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable for two people, however some things were clearly left over from the prior guests and not re-supplied for us, like a single coffee pod and muffin, or shampoo. It was also on a first floor very close to the street level, so it can be very noisy.

“The staff was awful”

They demanded 500€ deposit and were supposed to give it back the day we leave. We did not give the deposit 2 weeks after and paid 470€ back

“All nice except check in process”

Property is very nice and clean with all the things you need

The check in process. They have a management company that insists on coming in person to give you the keys. But they have early check in fees and late check in fees as a result. It’s just a deceitful upsell. I checked in at 20:30 and had to pay €30 . If I came later it would have been €50. I would not stay again in a property managed by Luxury Apartment Rentals
