“BIG FRAUD”
The best

The location an the apartmant was good but The big disappointment was that 2 weeks after the end of the stay I did not receive back the guarantee of 350 euros paid before the stay even though the host himself wrote to me that everything is in order and he will refund the money. THE CONCLUSION IS THAT I WAS CHEATED, IT IS A FRAUD AND I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY BEHAVE SO MISERABLE. I have been on booking for 12 years and I have never been scammed! They even had the nerve to ask me to rate their property with a 10. :-(

“Bad location, wrong description, too high price for value”
To be improved

I had to pay a deposit of Euro 350.- and got only returned Euro 250.-. I got very sick during my stay and could not clean the sink in the tiny kitchen. There was no dishwasher and I had to leave some fruit in the sink which stained it apperently. That is no problem to get rid of with the right products, but to deduct because of that Euro 100.- is simply unheard. In addition I asked many times for a receipt which I never received either. The place is called penthouse but is is only one of at least 10 appartements on the top floor and not even had a separate bedroom. The price is far too high not worth the place. I can not recommend anybody to stay there. Karina Fürst Norway
